The Mood Cure


I totally believe that we are what we eat and our moods are totally affected by what we ingest. There is a great book that will help you with your moods by Julia Ross called “The Mood Cure.” In her book she provides ways that you can:

Lift the dark cloud of depression
Blast the blahs
Cool anxiety and stress
Comfort oversensitive feelings
Let go of emotional eating
Recover from addictions
Find reliable alternatives to anti-depressants
