50 Insights from 50 years

Greetings:

Much to my dismay I will be turning 50 in a little over a month. My dismay comes from the fact that I can't believe 50 years have gone by so fast. To celebrate the event I have decided to adapt from my friend Dee Dukehart , Dee wrote 60 Insights to celebrate her 60th birthday, and share the insights I have gained from 50 years.

Insight Number 1 - Life Sucks

1. Life Sucks. I know a horrible thing for a coach to say but I have learned that life sucks, it can be very challenging and at times downright hard. To deny that would be silly. However what I have also learned is that the worst of times have been when I have learned some of my greatest lessons, have grown the most and have developed my character. It is during the most difficult times that I have learned what I am capable of and what I am made of. So yes life sucks, but in those most difficult moments comes the most amazing gifts.
