Plan your day the night before

Greetings:

Here is a little trick I learned that helps me stay on track.

Each night before you go to bed write down one to five actions you will take the next day towards your goal. The reason to write your list at night is because while you are sleeping your mind will be working on helping you create and attract opportunities and produce creative ideas to assist you in taking the right next action. I actually take my list and slip it under my pillow, a trick my fourth grade teacher taught me. I don’t know exactly how it works I just know it makes me feel more connected to the activities and actions I need to focus on.

The next day you will have your actions steps planned out so there is no wondering what to do, you have the plan and all you have to do is work the plan.

Do this process for the next 90 Days. This will help you stay on track and achieve more in less time with less effort. And who doesn't want to do that?
