What did you learn?
Greetings:
I mentioned a few post ago that two of my young neighbors were launching an Entrepreneurial venture. They were selling Pumpkin seeds that they had scraped out of their pumpkin, baked and packaged up. I saw one of the girls today and asked her how it went. It appears I was the only one that bought any. I asked her what she had learned from the experience.
I was impressed that she obviously had been thinking about this. She said she learned that they needed to put more seeds in the bag (thus make it a better offer), that they needed to perhaps sell something more people liked and that she and her partner should have discussed how they would divide the profits (partnerships can be tricky).
Although the venture was not as financially successful as they might have hoped it sure yielded many lessons that the young entrepreneurs can take to the bank.
Every experience you have is a successful one if you learn from it. When you take the lessons you learn and apply them to your next venture you will be well ahead of the game.
Here's to taking action
Rachelle
