Get sucked into the positive energy

Greetings:

It isn't difficult these days to get sucked into the negative energy. It is everywhere. To stay positive during these challenging times it takes commitment and the willingness to be sucked into the positive energy. It is out there it just takes a little more to find it.

How you view things really does have to do with your perspective. This can either be a really bad time or a really great time of opportunity. The worst thing you can do is get off balance by what appears to be happening. Many of the experts are saying this is simply a course correction and we are in the mist of a global change into a more positive time. It is obvious that we can't continue on the course we have been on as a nation or a planet.

To stay positive I have been focusing on positive information and news, instead of the mainstream media. I was looking for a book for reference for one of my days and I rediscovered on my shelves "The Magic of Thinking BIG" by David J. Schwartz, PhD. The book was originally printed in 1959 and has become a classic. I read it many years ago but decided to re-read it. The concepts and ideas seem somewhat obvious today however when it was written it was revolutionary. I find the book to be a great reminder of what is possible if one keeps focused.

Years ago I attended a lecture by Edwene Gaines. She is an amazing teacher on the concepts of abundance and prosperity. I recently checked her new book out of the library, "The Four Spiritual Laws of Prosperity - A simple guide to Unlimited Abundance." They only had the audio version which is wonderful because Edwene reads the book herself. This book isn't full of earth shattering ideas. What it is full of is basic solid principles that have been proven over the ages to be true.

It seems to me that there is a theme happening. In Jack Canfield's lastest ezine his featured article was entitled, "It's Your Response that Counts." The article was about how your response to any situation is what counts. He uses the formula:

E + R = O
(Events + Responses = Outcome)

This powerful formula that Jack has been teaching for years simply means that whatever the event is, the response you have to it will determine your outcome. In essence you get to choose the outcome because you choose your response.

Hopefully you are getting the idea that there is plenty of positive things around that you can submerge yourself into.

Remember action is the cure for fear. When you begin to feel the fear get into action and do something. Focus on what is working and what is good about life. There is really nothing you can do about the global crisis however you don't need to add to it by contributing more negative energy.

Here's to taking action

Rachelle
