Greetings:
I am always talking about the concept that if you don't have a lot of time take a little. It all has to do with Compound Action. Each little action builds on the next to create a big result. (I wrote a Day about this not too long ago). One little action might not make a difference overnight but it will over time.
Karen VanCleve the publisher of
The Spark newsletter did a little research and discovered a list of things one can do in just ten minutes.
According to Karen "You may be skeptical that 10 minutes is enough to really make a difference. I did a little research on what you can do in 10 minutes (besides nap!)"

Eat 47 cheese sandwiches (Joey Chestnut, winner of the International Federation of Competitive Eating contest in June 2006, ate 47 sandwiches in 10 minutes!)
"Using the Power of Ten, you could do each thing on this list in 3 hours (I don't really recommend the cheese sandwich challenge, though!). Put differently, using the Power of Ten daily, you could do everything on this list in just over 2 weeks."
To Karen's list I would add taking a nice bubble bath and loading and unloading the dishwasher (I have timed myself on that one). The whole point is you don't have to have a lot of time, actually no one has time they make time. If you want to begin to change your life and include more activities that you love, take a little time, ten minutes a day, and soon you will be creating time for what you want.
Live the Day
