The Secret Recipe

Greetings:

Today I told you about a secret recipe that a man would not share at a party. Trust me there is no reason not to share, and especially this recipe. Just go to Google and type in Ritz Cheese Pineapple and there will be 158,000 mentions of the recipe. Okay now 158,001. Enjoy.


PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE


2 cans (16 oz. each) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place drained pineapple on bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish.

Mix together cheese, sugar, and flour and spread over pineapple.

Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and spread over top of cheese mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Note: Can double recipe and use a 13x9-inch baking pan.

I serve this as a dessert but some people have told me they serve it with the meal, especially if serving Ham. Yummo.
