Use Other People's
Brains
"I
not only use all the brains that I have, but all that I can borrow."
Woodrow Wilson
When
I read the quote by Woodrow Wilson I laughed out loud. I had never
thought about it like that, but I do this all the time. No one
can know everything about anything. Using someone else's brains
in the form of mentoring, reading a book or even seeing a movie
makes sense. Other people know things, and when you combine what
they know with what you know, WOW! That is power.
Borrow
other people's brains. It only makes sense. You can't know it
all, but you can find out what you need to know by tapping into
the knowledge and wisdom of others. I believe that the most successful
people are not the ones who know all that much. It is the people
that know where to go and who to ask when they need to know.
