My favorite new saying is something I picked up in Australia. Often if someone apologies or something doesn't come out right, the reply will be "No worries mate." This indicates that there isn't a problem. I like it because it sounds like an affirmation and each time I hear it I would say to myself, "Yes that is right. There are no worries, only the ones I make up."

Coaching

I often ask myself "Why worry?" Although I haven't completely broken the habit, I find worrying does little to help any situation and at times makes it worse. If we can remind ourselves that there are no worries, only ones we create, we can focus on figuring out how to manage the situation. There may be no cure for what is happening, but there certainly is something that will make it worse and that is worry.

What are you worried about? Is it helping?

Daily Success Formula

Less wasted energy + Focusing on Solution = No worries

Quotes

"As a rule, men worry more about what they can't see than about what they can." Julius Caesar

"Don 't hurry. Don't worry. You're only here for a short visit. So don't forget to stop and smell the roses." Walter Hagen

"I worry about scientists discovering that lettuce has been fattening all along. . . ." Erma Bombeck

"There is only one way to happiness and that is to cease worrying about things which are beyond the power of our will." Epictetus
