While it seems that everybody is looking for the best relationship
they can find, the truth is that the most important relationship
you will ever have is the one that you find within yourself.
Before we can truly have great relationships with others,
we have to create a great relationship with ourselves. Sound
easy? I don't think so. Sometimes the hardest person to
get to know and understand is our self. It takes time and
a willingness to explore not just the bright sunny side,
but the dark and not so nice side that we all have. However,
once we get to know ourselves and create a loving relationship
with ourselves, it is easier to create those loving relationships
with others.
Coaching
Get to know yourself, spend time with yourself and create
a loving relationship with yourself. It will take a lifetime
for you to get to know you, but it will be worth it.
One of the best ways to get to know you is to write a daily
journal. So for those of you who are writing a journal,
great for you. And for those of you who still need a reason
to get started, aren't 'you' enough?
Daily Success Formula
Time + Self study + Journaling=

Quotes
"It isn't until you come to a spiritual understanding
of who you are -- not necessarily a religious feeling, but
deep down, the spirit within -- that you can begin to take
control." Oprah Winfrey
"A human being is only interesting if he's in contact
with himself. I learned you have to trust yourself, be what
you are, and do what you ought to do the way you should
do it. You have got to discover you, what you do, and trust
it." Barbra Streisand
"A human being's first responsibility is to shake
hands with himself." Henry Winkler
"A learned man has always wealth in himself."
Latin Proverb
"A strong, positive self-image is the best possible
preparation for success." Joyce Brothers
