You have the Knowledge

One thing that can never be taken away from you is what you know. Knowledge is power. Knowledge gives us an internal power. When we know that we know, we can do incredible things. We simply have to acknowledge that we do have knowledge. Once we embrace our knowledge, we step into our personal power.

One of the things we do is assume that everyone knows what we know. Not true. Just because we know something doesn't make it common knowledge. The key here is to value what we know even if it seems to come naturally or easy to us. This is a gift we were given and our gift is valuable.

Know that you know and don't be afraid to use your knowledge. Knowledge is powerful. Don't be afraid of the power that you have within. Use your knowledge and be the powerful person you were meant to be.

Coaching

It is amazing how much time we can spend pretending that we don't know. One way that we negate our personal power and deny our knowledge is by using disempowering language. Starting sentences with "I think" or "I could be wrong" diminish our power and negate our knowledge. Do not be afraid to assert what you know. Be bold and step into the power of knowing that you know.

Knowledge is power and there is nothing wrong with having personal power. How we use personal power is what counts. Don't worry that if you have power it will make someone else powerless. Nothing could be further from the truth. Your power does not diminish anyone else. In fact, just the opposite happens. By modeling your power, others will have a positive example to follow.

Where are you denying your knowledge and hiding your power?
