You
have to Work at being Miserable
I have heard that to be happy you have to work at it. Well,
I am here to tell you that you have to work just as hard,
if not harder, to be miserable. Some people make it look
easy, but it takes effort and focus. Being miserable means
that one always has to be on the lookout for what brings
misery. The positive constantly has to be converted to the
negative.
Being miserable is hard work just like being happy. Both
are simply a choice of how we are going to live our lives.
It is up to us what we do with what life gives us. We can
either make lemonade out of the lemons or wallow in the
pits.
Coaching
If you are miserable and like it, fine. There are times
when being miserable works. Just accept responsibility for
your misery and get on with your life. Misery, like happiness,
is a choice. You get to choose at any moment what you will
be.
What do you choose to be?
Daily
Success Formula
Misery = Choice
Quotes
"Happiness, or misery, is in the mind. It is the mind
that lives." William Cobbett
"Our principles are the springs of our actions. Our
actions, the springs of our happiness or misery. Too much
care, therefore, cannot be taken in forming our principles."
Red Skelton
