If given a choice would you live a small safe life or a big life full of wonder and excitement? Well, we do have a choice. We are given one everyday. We can either live a small safe life or we can step out and live big.

What does it mean to super size your life? It means to be outrageous, be you, and not follow the herd. It means dreaming big dreams and living your dreams. It means feeling the fear and doing it anyway. It means taking a stand even when it isn't the most popular idea. It means being willing to speak your truth and step into your own power. It means being the "You" that you came here to be.

Easy to do? No way. But it is more fun than living small? Absolutely. We all came here to live big, experience life and leave our unique mark. But we can't do that if we live in fear of what other people think. It doesn't matter what other people think. A friend of mind once said, "The minute someone else starts paying my bills, I will start caring what they think." We are all here to live life big and the bigger we live life the better it gets. And the wonderful thing is that this doesn't diminish anyone else. In fact, others just might be inspired to live life more fully when they witness you living life big.

If you want to live by the status quo, then you won't ever have to worry about living life big. However, if you want to step out of line and expand your boundaries, then living life is for you. Living life is about seizing the day and not letting go. Living big can be a wild ride, but the good news is it will never be boring.

Coaching

We were not put here to live small. We were put here to live as big as possible. To live big, we need to step out of line and step into our own power. Living big means taking risks and risking to be different. It means truly becoming who we were meant to be, enjoying ourselves, and the life that we create. Living big is a big challenge, but anything less would be cheating ourselves of being all that we were meant to be.

My motto is "Live life at full tilt." That is not always easy to do and sometimes is lonely. Not everyone understands living a super sized life and often they try to bring me back down to their size, small. I don't let it happen. Whatever someone chooses for himself or herself is fine. I let them live their life. Meanwhile, I will continue to seek and find my own huge slice of life.
