It sure can be easier to swim in the mainstream, but it doesn't allow for much creativity and authenticity. To truly be who we came here to be, we must create our own stream. This often means that we don't swim with the rest of the school, but forge new and interesting paths. This can be lonely at times and downright isolating at others. To be the unique person that we are, we must find our own way and not follow the crowd.

Coaching

To be outstanding, we sometimes must stand out from the crowd. This means that we will not always fit in. We will seem different or strange to others. To become who we want to be, we must be willing to create our own stream. It takes courage to be ourselves and not just another one of the fish swimming in the mainstream. We must be courageous enough to step into new streams, create streams where there are none and swim at our own pace.
