Ok, we are solidly into the New Year. In fact, it isn't really new anymore. Have you forgotten your New Year's resolutions already? What is your plan to make sure that this year will be different?

If you don't want this year to be different, then you are doing just fine. However, if you want to make changes in your life, they are not just going to happen. To create a difference in our lives we have to do things differently. As much as we may want things to change on their own, they most likely won't. And if they do, they may not be the changes we like.

Take charge of your change and create a plan. Each day, write down one thing you can do that will get you closer to your goal. Each little step will get you closer and it is the accumulation of little steps that create success.

Coaching

Doing something everyday towards our goal guarantees that we will be successful. In fact, it is the secret of success. The secret of success is taking consistent daily steps toward the obtainment of our goals. The little steps combine to create a big result.

To create your plan for success, write down now the steps you need to take for each day this week. Each day, complete that step. Practice this process for seven days and see if you are closer to your goal by the end of the week.
