=============================================

We are all here to do great things. That doesn't mean that we have to be superheroes, win a Nobel Prize, or invent something that saves lives. We are all destined for greatest if we are willing to become who we were meant to be. Simply being ourselves opens us up to the greatness that is within us. We are powerful human beings if only we are willing to go within and discover the essence of who we are.

Knowing ourselves and being willing to take the risk required to grow into our greatness isn't easy. In the movie, The Lion King, there is a scene where the dead king, Muffassa, is speaking to his son, Simba. Out of the heavens, Muffassa bellows down to Simba, "You are more than you have become." It is a powerful statement. We are meant to be so much. However, fear holds us back from stepping into our greatness and becoming what we came here to be.

Coaching

Every day we have the opportunity to become what we came here to be. Each day presents us with the choice to step into our greatness or hide who we really are. Being ourselves is one of the biggest challenges we face as humans. It comes with the risk of not being accepted, liked, or understood. And it is the only path to greatness available to us. When you are willing to risk being you, you will be taking the first steps to your own personal greatness.

Are you willing to step into your greatness?

Daily Success Formula

Greatness = Being who you were meant to be

Quotes

"As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world -- that is the myth of the atomic age -- as in being able to remake ourselves." Mahatma Gandhi

"As machines become more and more efficient and perfect, so it will become clear that imperfection is the greatness of man." Ernst Fischer

"Greatness lies not in being strong, but in the right use of strength." Henry Ward Beecher
