=============================================

You are the most important thing in your life. You are priceless. You cannot be replaced or duplicated. There is no amount of money that can buy a new you.

Are you treating yourself like you are priceless? If we are so special, why don't we always act like it? Oftentimes, we are the last people in our lives to get attention and care.

One of the ways to begin to treat ourselves like the priceless human beings that we are is to create daily habits that support us in taking care of ourselves. This includes things like getting enough sleep, eating healthy food, and having time to relax each day. But that is just the start. It is important to incorporate things like fun, laughter, and time to play. Each day we need to do things that rejuvenate and replenish us. For my daily habits, I include time to play with my dogs, time with friends, and some quiet time just to reflect and relax.

Coaching

Having daily habits that support us in taking care of ourselves and replenishing our souls is beneficial on many levels. Creating habits that take care of us will reduce stress, create balance, and allow us to share more of who we are with others. When we are supported, we have more to offer others. To some, putting ourselves first seems like a selfish thing to do. Putting ourselves first is actually healthy and creates more space and time for others. When we are well cared for, we have more to offer the other people in our lives.

What are some daily habits you can add that will support you in taking better care of yourself?

Daily Success Formula

Daily habits + Self Care = Priceless living

Quotes

" must learn to love the fool in me the one who feels too much, talks too much, takes too many chances, wins sometimes and loses often, lacks self-control, loves and hates, hurts and gets hurt, promises and breaks promises, laughs and cries." Theodore Isaac Rubin

"If you do not find yourself beautiful yet, act as does the creator of a statue that is to be made beautiful: he cuts away here, he smoothes there, he makes this line lighter, this other purer, until a lovely face has grown upon his work." Plotinus

"Love as if you liked yourself, and it may happen." Marge Piercy

"Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world." Lucille Ball
