Change How You Think About It

If you want to change something in your
life you first have to change what you think about it. Shifting
your thoughts is the first step in creating change.
If you dislike your job, shift how you think
about it. Start viewing it as a stepping-stone to get to
where you want to go. Re-frame your concept of what your
job is and how you see yourself in your job. Your job isn't
going to change. However, once your thinking shifts you
may see that you will change how you feel about your job.
This will create a ripple effect and opportunities that
you were not able to see before will begin to appear.
Change starts between your ears. How you
think and what you think is crucial to what you create in
your external world. Your thoughts are what create your
perception and perception is reality.
Don't try to change other people. As hard
as it is to make changes in ourselves why would we ever
think we can change other people? If you want to create
change within yourself and your environment, change your
thinking. Your thoughts are your life. Change your thoughts
and your life will change. And what is amazing about this
process is that once you begin to change, the people around
you and your environment will begin to react to your change.
Your thoughts will create a shift that will be felt by everything
and everyone around you. You will be surprised that people
will begin to react to you differently because you have
begun to think differently about yourself and how you respond
to the world around you.
Thoughts are powerful. What we think is
who we are. We cannot afford random or negative thoughts.
Our thoughts create our world. Be vigilant about what you
think. Pay attention to what you are thinking. If you want
to change your life, change what you are thinking.
This isn't about just having positive thoughts.
Positive thoughts are wonderful, but it takes more than
positive thinking to create the life we want. Go beyond
positive thought to intentional thought. Train yourself
to see the possibilities in every opportunity. Be vigilant
about eradicating negative and dis-empowering thoughts from
your thinking. Become aware of everything you think and
when negative thoughts slip in, say to yourself, "Cancel,
Where in your life do you need to shift
your thinking to create the change you want?
Change + Thinking + Awareness

"A moment's thinking is an hour in
words." Thomas Hood
"All causes are essentially mental,
and whosoever comes into daily contact with a high order
of thinking must take on some of it." Charles Fillmore
"An idea is always a generalization,
and generalization is a property of thinking. To generalize
means to think." George Hegel
"There are no limitations in what you
can do except the limitations of your own mind as to what
you cannot do. Don't think you cannot. Think you can."
Darwin P. Kingsley
