If you want more beauty in your life it
is up to you to add it. Beauty means different things to
different people. Beauty is in the eyes and hearts of the
beholder. Beauty is different to each person.
Beauty comes from within and is an outward
expression of how we feel about our surroundings and ourselves.
Creating beauty brings forth our inner beauty. For me, it
is important to be surrounded by things that I love and
that nurture me. Beauty comes from having the visually appealing
around me. Beauty is uncluttered space and fresh cut flowers
near. Beauty is pictures of my friends, family, and pets
displayed throughout my environment. Beauty is a soothing
environment, lovely music, and delicious smells. Beauty
is feeling safe and comforted in my living and working spaces.
Creating beauty is the gift I give myself that makes me
feel good about where I am.
Coaching
When those things that we love, including
friends and family surround us, we create beauty in our
lives. Having a beautiful life means that we are nurtured
and supported by what surrounds us. The beauty that we create
on the outside is an expression of our inner beauty.
If we don't see beauty around us, it could
mean that we have not tapped into our inner beauty. We haven't
allowed ourselves to express fully who we are. Beauty is
an expression of how we regard and respect ourselves.
Look around you, what do you see? If your
environment isn't beautiful to you, how can you change it
to more reflect the beauty within you?

Quotes
"Everything has beauty, but not everyone
sees it." Confucius
"There is certainly no absolute standard
of beauty. That precisely is what makes its pursuit so interesting."
John Kenneth Galbraith
"For the man sound in body and serene
of mind there is no such thing as bad weather, every sky has
its beauty, and storms which whip the blood do but make it
pulse more vigorously." George Gissing |
